October 23, 2020 – As we enter the final days of this year’s election, The Lincoln Project is today announcing a collaborative effort with the NAACP, National Urban League, Black Economic Alliance, and BlackPAC to combine their efforts on mobilizing Black voter turnout in what is undoubtedly one of the most consequential elections in modern American history.

On Monday, October 26 at 7 PM ET, the five organizations will hold a virtual town hall that will bring together Black voices from across the political spectrum to urge Black Americans to get out the vote. Speakers will include Philadelphia 76ers’ Head Coach Doc Rivers, Executive Director of the Black Economic Alliance David Clunie, President of the NAACP Derrick Johnson, President of the National Urban League Marc Morial, Executive Director of BlackPAC Adrianne Shropshire, and Lincoln Project Senior Advisors Tara Setmayer and Michael Steele.
